Privacy Policy

When you buy a license, sign in, or use the site, we collect:

• Your email address, from checkout, this is where your receipts go
• Your Discord ID, username, and display name, if you sign in with Discord
• Anything you submit yourself, a review, a support message in Discord

We don't see your friends list, your other servers, or your messages elsewhere, signing in only gives us your account ID and public profile info, nothing more.

The client software and license server exist to verify that a key is valid, active, and being used the way it's licensed. That means we collect:

• Your IP address, on each license check
• Your HWID, license will be bound to it
• Basic activity, whether your license is currently active, and roughly how long it's been running
• A signed session cookie once you're logged in, so you don't have to sign in on every page

IP and hardware data specifically exist to prevent key sharing and enforce bans, see Section 4.

We don't see or store your card number, and we never touch it. Payments run through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency), both handle your payment details directly, under their own privacy and security practices. What reaches us afterward is limited to confirmation that a payment went through, the amount, and an order reference, enough to deliver your key, nothing more.

If a license is suspended or banned, for key sharing, attempting to bypass our hardware lock, or other abuse, we keep a record of the hardware ID and/or IP address involved, so the same device or connection can be recognized if someone tries to work around the ban with a different account or key. This data exists specifically for abuse prevention and isn't used for anything else.

We use one cookie of our own, a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. It doesn't track you across other sites. Stripe's hosted checkout page sets its own cookies while you're on it, governed by Stripe's own policy, not ours.

We don't run advertising SDKs, and nothing here is used to serve you ads elsewhere.

We don't sell your data. It only goes to:

• Stripe and NOWPayments, to process your payment
• Discord, if you choose to sign in or link your account
• Our hosting provider, to run the servers this all lives on

License, purchase, and enforcement records are kept for as long as your license could reasonably still matter, including after it expires, since expired keys and past bans still factor into abuse prevention.

We may update this page as our practices or legal obligations change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
