Terms of Service

Governs your purchase and use of software, licenses, and services offered under R3al Cfgs (“we,” “us”). R3al Cfgs is an independently operated software software shop, referring to it this way isn't a claim that it's a registered company or legal entity.

1. Buying means you've agreed to all of this

Completing checkout, checking the agreement box, paying, receiving a key, or activating a license all mean the same thing: you had the chance to read these Terms and our Refund Policy first, and you're agreeing to both. They're one agreement, not two separate things. If you don't agree, don't buy, activate, or use anything we sell.

2. Who can buy from us

You need to be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is older, and legally able to enter into this agreement. Checking out confirms you meet that. You also can't buy on behalf of someone who isn't allowed to use the product themselves.

3. What a license actually gives you

Unless a specific product says otherwise, buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use that product, revocable, and not transferable to anyone else. It doesn't hand you ownership of the software, its source code, our licensing or security systems, documentation, or branding.

Licenses come in two shapes:

  • Time-limited: 3 day, a month, or another set period
  • Lifetime: covers the product's supported commercial life (see below)

We don't run recurring/subscription billing on these unless a future offer says so explicitly and you separately opt into it.

Time-limited licenses

The clock starts the moment your license is issued or made available to you, not whenever you happen to activate it. It keeps running through inactivity, your own setup problems, not following instructions, an unsupported device, or a suspension tied to your own misconduct. We won't pause or extend a term just because you didn't get to use it.

Lifetime licenses

“Lifetime” means as long as we keep supporting this particular product, not your literal lifetime, and not a guarantee it runs forever. If keeping it running becomes impossible, unsafe, or impractical (a game update that breaks it beyond repair, for instance), we may eventually retire it. That alone doesn't automatically owe you a refund, especially if you've already gotten real use out of it.

4. Services we depend on

Running this shop means relying on outside providers, currently Stripe and NOWPayments for payment processing, and Discord for community and support. Your use of those platforms is also bound by their own rules, and we don't control their outages, policies, or decisions. You can't use our product in a way that gets us in violation of Stripe's, NOWPayments', or Discord's own terms.

If you pay in cryptocurrency, that payment is confirmed on the blockchain itself, not by us. Once a transaction confirms, there's no way for us or NOWPayments to reverse it. You're responsible for sending the correct coin, on the correct network, in the correct amount, to the address we're given — we can't recover funds sent incorrectly.

5. What's on you before and after buying

Before you buy, it's your job to check:

  • What the product does and which license length you're picking
  • System and compatibility requirements
  • License restrictions, setup guides, pricing, and these policies

After you buy, it's your job to:

  • Give accurate checkout and account info
  • Keep your Discord account and device secure
  • Keep your license key and login private
  • Follow setup instructions and use supported hardware
  • Contact us within a reasonable time if something's actually broken

Not reading any of this doesn't create a refund right by itself.

6. You're on your own for third-party consequences

R3al Cfgs is not responsible, in any way, for actions taken against you by any third party as a result of using our software or content, this includes but isn't limited to game bans, suspensions, kicks, account restrictions, or any fees or losses that result from those actions. Any consequence of that kind, and any loss connected to it, is entirely your own responsibility, not ours.

7. How you actually get your license

Delivery happens through one or more of:

  • An email receipt from Stripe
  • Your account page after signing in with Discord
  • The /activate command in our Discord server

Your license counts as delivered once it's issued and reachable through any of those, whether or not you've actually downloaded or run anything yet. If you were charged but never got access, your key won't activate, or you got the wrong product, contact us right away with your order details.

8. General conduct

Follow applicable law, our product rules, and the terms of any platform you use alongside our product (Discord's included). Don't use our product, support channels, or community for fraud, harassment, threats, malicious activity, unauthorized access, IP infringement, or anything else unlawful. Don't interfere with how we run the business, our systems, or our other customers.

9. Cracking and bypassing the software

Cracking, decompiling, reverse engineering, extracting source code, disabling our protections, bypassing our hardware/device lock, emulating our license system, or exploiting bugs to get around any of it, none of that's allowed, whether you do it yourself or help someone else do it. Sharing tools, instructions, or technical details meant to help with any of the above counts too. This is a serious violation and can get you permanently cut off without warning. (This doesn't override anything the law specifically protects your right to do.)

10. Sharing your key

Your license is for you. You can't share, lend, sell, leak, or hand off your key or account to anyone else, use a key that was leaked or stolen, or help someone dodge buying their own license. You're responsible for whatever happens through your license or account unless you tell us promptly that it was compromised. Sharing a key, attempted or actual, can mean immediate suspension or a permanent ban, with no refund, except where the law says otherwise.

11. Getting around a ban

If you're suspended or banned, you can't work around it with a second Discord account, a different email, a new device, someone else's license, a friend buying on your behalf, or any other way of dodging the restriction. We can restrict anything reasonably linked back to a banned account or an enforcement-evasion attempt.

12. Payments

You're confirming you're actually authorized to use whatever payment method you check out with. Using stolen payment info, manipulating a transaction, underpaying on purpose, or filing a knowingly false payment dispute can get your order cancelled and your license revoked. None of this stops you from disputing a charge that's genuinely unauthorized, that's your right regardless. We just ask that if something about an order looks wrong to you, you talk to us first; it's faster and it doesn't put your access at risk.

13. Refunds

All refunds run through our Refund Policy, which is part of this same agreement. Short version: sales are final once a license is delivered, except where the law requires otherwise or we choose to make an exception. Changing your mind, picking the wrong option, not reading the product page, or getting banned for a real violation don't qualify, the full list of what does and doesn't is in that policy.

14. Support

We provide setup guides and troubleshooting help where we can, through our official Discord, that's the only place to reach us. We don't guarantee support fixes every possible device or configuration, restores a revoked license, or extends your time. Watch out for anyone impersonating staff outside our real channels, we're not responsible for anyone pretending to be us. We can also decline to help someone who's abusive toward our team or clearly acting in bad faith.

15. Enforcement

We can refuse an order, cancel it, suspend support, revoke a license, or permanently ban someone for violating these terms, cracking or attempting to crack the software, sharing a key, evading a ban, committing fraud, or creating a real security or legal risk for us. Serious violations can mean immediate action with no warning first. We don't owe you a breakdown of our detection methods or internal security measures. None of this erases obligations (like payment already owed) that existed before the ban, and a ban for your own misconduct doesn't create a refund right.

16. Who owns what

The software, its code, documentation, branding, and every system behind it belong to us (or to whoever we license them from), buying a key doesn't transfer any of that to you. Don't copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

17. Use it legally

The product is meant for lawful, authorized use only, not to break the law, access something you're not authorized to, infringe someone else's rights, or get around another party's security without permission. How you install, configure, and use it is on you.

18. We can change the product

We may update, patch, restrict, or discontinue features as needed, for security, for a game update that broke something, or because a provider we depend on changed something on their end. We don't promise permanent compatibility with every future OS update, game patch, or device.

19. Outages we don't control

If Stripe, Discord, your internet provider, or another service we rely on goes down, that's outside our hands. A short outage on someone else's platform doesn't automatically owe you a refund or extension, though we'll help however we reasonably can.

20. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the product is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of any kind, including no promise that it'll meet your expectations, run uninterrupted, stay compatible with every system, or work on an unsupported setup. This doesn't remove a warranty the law says we can't disclaim.

21. Limits on what we're liable for

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, account actions taken by a third-party platform, or anything caused by your own device or misuse included. Where liability isn't excluded entirely, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you actually paid us for that product. This doesn't apply where the law won't allow it.

22. If your actions cause us a problem

If a third party comes after us because of something you did, using the product unlawfully, violating these terms, infringing someone's rights, or outright fraud, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that causes us, except where the law doesn't allow requiring that of you.

23. These terms can change

We may update this page as the product or our legal obligations change. The version shown to you at checkout governs that purchase; updates apply going forward, not retroactively to rights you'd already earned.

24. If one part doesn't hold up

If a court finds one part of this unenforceable, the rest still stands. Us not enforcing something once doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

25. The whole agreement

These Terms, the Refund Policy, and anything specific to a particular product make up the full agreement between us. If a product-specific rule conflicts with this general page, the specific rule wins, but only for that product.

26. Disputes

Nothing here overrides a right the law guarantees you and doesn't let us waive. Before taking a dispute anywhere formal, we'd appreciate you giving us a real chance to sort it out directly through Discord first.
