Refund Policy

Applies to every product and services sold through R3al Cfgs. This policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

1. By buying, you're agreeing to this

Completing checkout, checking the agreement box, submitting payment, receiving a key, or activating a license all confirm that: this policy was available to you, you had an opportunity to read this policy, and you agree to it. That includes confirming you looked at the product page for the item and license length you actually bought.

2. All sales are final

Once a product, file, license, download, or service access has been delivered, meaning it's been sent to you or made available for you, the sale is final, except where the law says otherwise or we agree to make an exception ourselves.

3. What counts as delivered

You'll typically receive your purchase through one or more of:

  • An email receipt
  • A checkout or order delivered page
  • A download page
  • A license key
  • /activate command in our Discord server

A purchase counts as delivered the moment the product, file, key or download has been issued and made reachable through any of those methods above. You don't need to have actually downloaded, activated, or used the product for delivery to have happened.

4. It's on you to check before you buy

Before purchasing, take a look at:

  • What the product actually does, and the license length you're choosing
  • System requirements. Windows version, supported input devices
  • Any setup steps or documentation linked on the product page
  • This policy and our Terms of Service

Not reading the product page isn't grounds for a refund on its own.

5. What doesn't qualify for a refund

Outside of what the law requires, we won't refund for things like:

  • Buying by accident, or simply changing your mind
  • Not reading what the product does or which license you were choosing
  • Picking the wrong license length
  • Entering the wrong email at checkout
  • A compatibility issue that was already disclosed on the product page
  • Problems caused by your own device, network, or account setup
  • Not following the setup guide
  • Deciding you no longer want or need it
  • Losing access to your own Discord account, email, or device

6. How license terms work

A time-limited license starts counting from the moment it's issued, not from whenever you get around to activating it. We won't pause, extend, or reissue a license because it sat unused, because you were away, or because you ran into a setup issue on your end. Once the term is up, it's up.

7. What lifetime actually means

A lifetime license lasts as long as we continue supporting this product, not literally forever, and not tied to your own lifetime. If a future game update, platform change, or something outside our control makes the software impossible or impractical to keep running, we may eventually retire it. That alone doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund, particularly if you've already gotten real use out of it.

8. Bans, key sharing, and abuse

If your access gets suspended or your license key revoked because of key sharing, reselling, trying to bypass our device lock, reverse engineering or tampering with the software, ban evasion, unauthorized distribution, malicious activity , unauthorized access, or another real violation of our Terms, that's not refundable, even if you had time left on your license.

9. If something's actually broken on our end

Reach out right away if:

  • You paid but never got a key
  • Your key won't activate at all
  • You got billed for the wrong product

Message us in Discord with your order details (payment confirmation, the email or Discord account used, and what went wrong). We'll usually try to fix it directly, reissue the key, walk you through activation, or correct the order. If we genuinely can't make it right, we'll refund what the situation calls for.

10. We can decline or cancel an order

Before an order goes out, we may cancel or refuse the order if:

  • The payment looks fraudulent or can't be verified
  • The buyer is banned or evading a previous ban
  • There was a pricing or listing mistake
  • Fulfilling it would create a real legal or security problem for us

If we cancel before delivering anything, you get your money back.

11. Fraud and chargebacks

Using stolen payment details, or filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first, can get your order, product, license pulled and your account blocked from future purchases. If a charge on your card is genuinely unauthorized, you obviously still have the right to dispute it with your bank. But if something about your order just seems off to you, message us first, it's faster and it doesn't risk your access.

12. Crypto payments

Crypto transactions confirm on the blockchain, not through us, so once one confirms, there's no way for us or our payment processor to reverse it the way a card chargeback works. We can't refund a confirmed crypto payment.

This doesn't cover funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, for the wrong amount, or lost to network fees or price movement between sending and confirming, those are things only you control when you send the transaction. Some cryptocurrencies also have a minimum payment amount below which a transaction can't be processed at all; check the amount shown before sending.

13. If a refund is approved

Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you originally used. Payment processors and your bank control how long that actually takes to post, we're not responsible for delays once we've issued our end of it.

14. Your legal rights still apply

Nothing here overrides a refund, warranty, or consumer protection right that the law in your country or state guarantees and doesn't let us waive. Where this policy and mandatory law disagree, the law wins.

15. This policy can change

We may update this policy as the product, our tools, or legal requirements change. The version shown to you at checkout is the one that applies to that purchase; updates apply going forward from whenever they're published.
